Individual Merchants (Sole Proprietor Only) :
- Cancelled Cheque/Bank Statement
- PAN Card (both required) : Business PAN card & Authorized Signatory PAN card
- GST Certificate/Provisional Number
- Partner's Resolution (Karta/Deeds/Board resolution/COI/MOA)
- Declaration Form (Attached)
Please fill in the below mandatory details :
- Merchants without GST can submit any one of the following documents :
- Certificate of Incorporation issued by MCA
- Food License issued by FSSAI
- Importer Exporter Code (IEC) Certificate issued by DGFT
- LLP Certificate issued by MCA
- Municipal Corporation/ SEA Certificate issued by State Authority
- BRN Certificate for the State of Rajasthan
- Udyog Aadhaar Certificate issued by MSME
- Partnership Deed for a Partnership Concern with notary seal
- Trust Deed for a Trust with notary seal
- Letter of Authority for a Govt. Company
